Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies www.peak-festival.it uses, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences, under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the 2021 cookie guidelines of the Italian DPA.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information about your visit. We also use similar technologies (localStorage) to remember preferences such as language or the audio player state.
2. Technical cookies (necessary)
These are essential for the website to work and do not require consent under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. On this site they include: the cookie consent preference (peak_cookie_consent, localStorage, 12 months), the language preference and audio player state (localStorage, until cleared), and technical hosting cookies needed to serve pages and ensure security (session duration).
3. Analytics and profiling cookies
This website currently sets no analytics, profiling or third-party advertising cookies. If they are introduced (e.g. Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), they will only run after your explicit consent via the banner, and this page will be updated with the name, purpose, duration and owner of each cookie.
4. Third-party cookies
Some pages include content or links to third-party services (e.g. the Xceed ticketing platform, Instagram, the media partner's radio stream). Those services may set their own cookies when you use them; such processing is governed by their own privacy notices, over which we have no control.
5. Managing consent
On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject non-necessary cookies. Rejecting does not affect browsing. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" button at the bottom of this page, or by clearing site data in your browser.
6. Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Disabling technical cookies may break some site features, including the ticket purchase flow.
7. Controller and contact
Data controller: Peak Festival, La Madia, San Sicario (Cesana Torinese, TO). For information or to exercise your rights: info@peak-festival.it. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
